Traditional Red Balsamic Vinegar

We work directly with the maker in Italy to producer our own formula for aceto balsamico Traditional Balsamic Vinegar using a traditional recipe with grape must, aged vinegar, and strong wine vinegar tuned a bit sweeter for the American palate. We only use Trebbiano, Lambrusco, and Sangiovese grapes grown in the area of Modena. Our reduction process is the authentic high temperature method over open flame, which promotes natural caramelization and complexity. The aging process is also traditional as a reduction in wood using the solera method.

Before leaving Italy for our Tasting Room in Corning, every batch of our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is certified by the Assigiatori Italiani Balsamico in Italy.

Eating healthy and enjoying olive oil and balsamic on my salad every night, I was turned onto Lucero by a friend. Now I'm hooked! It is by far the best I've ever had! So much so that I don't order at restaurants anymore.

This is hands down my favorite Balsamic Vinegar. It is so sweet and just the right viscosity (thicker than most brands). We stumbled on to Lucero at an Olive oil tasting event in Paso Robles and we have only used this balsamic vinegar since. Try it you won't be disappointed. (Posted on 1/22/2017)

This stuff is nectar of the Gods. Our daughter lives in Chico and took us on a tour of the facilities. The olive oil is great, the mustard is super, all of their vinegars are out of this world. Do not go to Publix premier supermarket and expect to find a competitive brand.
Remember NECTAR of the Gods. You will not go wrong.

I first tried this at the Ritz in Half Moon Bay. Very sweet compared to others, but so, so, so good. They served with savory soft bread with olive oil from same company. I have been thinking of it ever since that lunch. So glad I found it, as I can't afford the Ritz for lunch every day, but will have my favorite part of lunch! (Posted on 12/5/2016)

This is the best balsamic vinegar I have ever tasted. I use it for salad dressing just by itself, no oil required. If you like a less intense taste, then by all means mix with your favorite Lucero olive oil, I suggest the Rosemary! (Posted on 9/20/2016)
