International Deliveries:

If you’d like to ship to an International destination, please call us Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm when our shipping
manager is available to make a quotation. When you call, please let us know

1) What you’d like to have sent,
2) The full address for the destination,
3) The service level you require based on the shipping options list below.

We'll calculate the package’s dimension and weight and ensure we capture fees and any overseas duties and/or taxes based
on your destination and service level of choice. As with all orders, we process your request within two business days of
receipt, and actual transit time is reliant upon current UPS traffic volume and weather conditions.

Shipping Options: For International Shipping we use these UPS options:

UPS Worldwide Expedited (3 to 6 days, delivery by end of day)
UPS Worldwide Saver (2 to 3 business days, by end of day)
UPS Worldwide Express ( 2-4 business days, typically by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon)
UPS Worldwide Express Plus (2-5 business days, delivery by end of day)



We do our best to ensure that orders placed with us depart our Corning, California Olive Mill per UPS’s recommended
shipping guidelines, however we have no control of any potential UPS backlog do to volume, weather, or other
possible disruptions once those packages leave our facility. Here are the most recent service updates from the UPS website.
