Green Olive Tapenade

Our Green Olive Tapenade is produced with red bell peppers, carrots, garlic, parsley to compliment the green olives, EVOO and capers. It's a California twist on the French classic! Ready to eat as an appetizer, or to enjoy as an ingredient.

I purchased this tapenade around Christmas time as I have been wanting to try it for a long time. It has small chunks of olives and is briny and savory. Really delicious! I did find just a few very small pieces of pit as the jar warns. The natural bitterness of olives was very well balanced. I would definitely buy again. Great on bread, with cheese and paired with the roasted tomato tapenade (which is even more delicious to my palate). (Posted on 1/26/2018)
