Bianco White Balsamic Vinegar

Our Bianco White Balsamic Vinegar Condiment from Modena is made from Trebbiano,
Albana, and Montuni grapes grown in both Modena and Emilia-Romagna. Unlike our red
and rosé vinegar production, the skins and seeds are removed immediately at the time of
pressing to keep the color light

The juice is gently cooked to concentration for a sweet-tart and crisp character.

Wonderful for desserts, cool drinks, light vinaigrettes, and a terrific batch of caramelized onions!
Our "white" vinegars will darken with age as we do not add any stabilizers. This darker color
does not affect the flavor. As with all vinegars, please store in a dark, dry, and cool place.

Brighter and more crisp than regular balsamic. Great in salad dressing! You will actually taste lettuce and dressing simultaneously and realize you like both. When we first bought this we tried it on sliced cucumbers...delicious! Then on a whim we tried it on sliced pears...delicious! It is delicious over grapes, blueberries and strawberries! The combinations are endless! (Posted on 12/18/2016)
