Rosato Balsamic Vinegar

This delicate and fruity rosé vinegar condiment is made from Trebbiano,
White Albana, and Green Montuni grapes grown in Modena and Emilia-
Romagna,Italy.

As with Rosé wines, the skins and seeds are left in for a pre-determined
period of time to establish this particular color and flavor profile.

This is a hand-filled bottle without a pour insert. The flanged silicone base
of our weighted pourer fits all our bottles and has a self opening and
closing design which enables drip-free pouring.

Exceptional in a Mignonette sauce for seafood such as oysters, clams, shrimp
crab, and lobster. Pairs well with avocados, citrus fruits, pomegranates,
pineapple and even tomatoes. This “Rosato” also makes a delightful ingredient
for beverages.

375 ml (12.75 FL. OZ.) cork finished bottle. Produced expressly for us in Italy!
Sulfites occur naturally.
