Sevillano olives are a Spanish varietal that flourish in our Mediterranean climate. Hand-picked in late November, they are milled within hours of harvesting to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality. The flavor of Sevillano olive oil is fruity with hints of bananas, but it also has a unique earthy flavor, and a smooth finish. This is one our mildest extra virgin olive oil.

Miller's Tasting Notes

This olive oil is mild, with "earthy" flavors and a fruity finish, like apricots and bananas. Even with a softer finish, it will stand out among other oils due to it's unique flavor. Pairs well with a delicate Merlot or Merlot Blend.
