When my grandfather first started crushing olives for oil in Corning, California, he often didn't have enough olives to produce individual varietals, so he produced his own, unique blends which became family favorites. This collection of four top varietals from Corning are all gold medal winners and make an outstanding blend.

Sweet and smooth with a buttery and well rounded finish. Medium intensity for "everyday" use. Use generously in everyday cooking, baking, topping fresh salad greens or pastas, and dipping your favorite breads. Pairs well with a red table wine, rich in flavor.
