Mission Butter sweet with a delicate pepper finish

This is a light fruity oil that adds a layer of flavor, good for dressing pasta salads, drizzling over popcorn, baked potatoes, marinating chicken and fish for the grill, dipping bread and will not stand out for use in baking bread, making tortillas and home-made brownies. COOC Certified.

Fresh Mandarin Oranges were tossed right in with our Mission Olives and pressed together. Both were hand picked the same day - fresh, to create this all natural, and very special olive oil. A real treat!

The fruity flavor of our estate-grown oil is distinct to our location. Influences that differentiate olives (and wine) from region to region are soil, weather, and climate.
